On October 8th, 1988 Freddie and Montserrat appeared at La Nit festival in Barcelona. That was the last time Freddie Mercury performed on stage, he knew the consequences of AIDS he's suffering from. He walked alone, found a place to die. He shouted and maybe cried on How Can I Go On.
When all the salt is taken from the sea
I stand dethroned I'm naked and I bleed
On November 24th, 1991 Freddie died peacefully at his home in London of AIDS
