A Whiter Shade of Pale - Procol Harum

Johan Sebastian Bach born as great musician and Procol Harum too. Both have strong connection as student and teacher.  From this moment, Procol Harum in 1967  in UK delivered baby called "A Whiter Shade of Pale" and the baby becomes bigger and bigger as big as his teacher. It's combination of rock's, powerful vocals, drums with deep meaning thoughtful lyrics and the artful of classical organ melody and arrangement. You can't find the meaning of Procol Harum in the dictionary, but what is a name ? Everybody knows.

This English progressive rock supergroup was extremely popular, selling over 35 million albums. Keith Emerson (keyboards), Greg Lake (guitar, bass guitar, vocals) and Carl Palmer (drums, percussion). They wanted to play together with Jimi Hendrix, but unfortunately they could't do it because of some unmatch schedule and on the other hand Hendrix went home first, so their H.E.L.P (Hendrix, Emerson, Lake and Palmer) became their dream. That's life....C'est La Vie.

Ruthless Queen - Kayak

Kayak is their name, it was born in 1972 some where in Holland. Who are they? Pim Koopman (vocals, drums & guitar), Ton Scherpenzeel (vocals, keyboards & bass), Max Werner (vocals, mellotron & drums), Michel Marion (bass) and Johan Slager (vocals, guitar). This might be not so populer as other European music groups, but they could make song with very neat composition from vocal, backing vocal, tempo, mix with other instruments like accoustic guitar, piano, bass etc. Here is one of their monumental song even not everybody knows or ever heard. Cowboy - Three Dog Night

Three Dog Night is a name that has given by June Fairchild to her boy friend's music group after she read about some indigenous people who live naturally in the wild with their dog against the cool weather.  It could be, that this name also inspired them to write some lyrics that might be also their opinion about the lost world that they only could see in the movie, Cowboy.....
